We study non-scattering phenomena associated with the time-harmonic Helmholtz equation in two dimensions. We consider star-shaped domains obtained by proper perturbations of a disk centered at the origin. For very general classes of such star-shaped domains, we show that there are at most finitely many wavenumbers such that Herglotz incident waves with a fixed density function are non-scattering.
