This page serves as an index for material distributed to students during the course Summer Bridge: Foundations of Calculus, summer 2013. Some editing has been done to a few pages to fix typos and ameliorate minor infelicities of phrasing (!). Some of the homework pages contain very brief summaries of material not covered in the textbook but which was part of class discussion.
