The term papers below were submitted in an undergraduate, 1-semester course on the history of mathematics given at Rutgers University in Spring Semester, 1999 and again in Spring 2000. The selection is random: those which were available in a convenient format were converted to HTML format by Professor Cherlin, and lightly edited in the process.
