I was very disappointed (and shocked!) by the recent rejection by the new "journal", "Journal of Combinatorics and Number Theory" (a new, expensive, print- and on-line subscription journal, that no library that I know of subscribes to) of the masterpiece by Drew Sills and myself, on the grounds that it is "only a tutorial" and "not a research paper" and "just implementing old ideas of Arthur Cayley" (possibly true, but our "trivial" paper is much deeper than anything that any human mathematician can ever do, and "implementation" is much more challenging than proving yet another theorem), it inspired me to look up some of the recent work of the managing editor, Jiang Zeng, who sent us the rejection. What you say is what you are! This one-page paper is a result.
