Charles Lutwidge Dodgson is one the most famous mathematicians of all times, in the sense that he was very famous and he was a mathematician. But even though he was neither Cayley nor Sylvester in his mathematics, he was a very good one. And indeed, his Condensation Method, that has already served me so well in proving MacMahon's Determinant, and for which I gave a combinatorial proof using Two-Timing Men and Women, can be pushed much further, as the present article demonstrates.
