2011 Almgren Memorial Mayday Race Results
(May 1, 2011)

The 3-person Princeton Physics team was the winner of the 36th annual Fred Almgren memorial race trophy (2011), winning with a time of 2:39. The Rutgers Math team took second place. This year, the race ended at Alexander Road, and was 25.7 miles long.

This year, there were 8 teams competing and it was one of the more normal races in its 36-year history. At the Kingston exchange point, one runner started 23 minutes before his teammate arrived from Griggstown; this helped everyone get to the picnic for the ceremony.
