Topology
For the beginning weeks of the course this will be sufficient, and other
topics introduced will be explained without assuming previous exposure.
The details of the proof will require more background, for which the
following would be useful:
Algebraic Number Theory
Algebraic Geometry
Theory of Modular forms
Commutative algebra
References will be provided for any results used in the lectures.
