Abstract: Policies. Every university has them, but that's about where the similarities end. We'll talk about university policies, focusing on those pertaining to student conduct, and we'll compare these policies among various universities. At the end, I'll mention some of the more entertaining policies I've come across in my research for this talk.

Abstract: This session will cover a wide range of topics that can (hopefully) all be grouped under the umbrella of classroom management. Discussions could talk about how you, as an instructor, handle yourself in the classroom, how you view your teaching, and different ways that activities and policies can affect the environment in the classroom.
