What do you like best about this course?:
Instructor is very dedicated and helpful.
Professor Qi was a very fair grader and did a great job at teaching the material/helping those who did not understand. He is a very kind person and seems to be one of the very few professors who takes pride in his job as an educator.
The office hours and availability of the professor was very convenient
I enjoyed the fast confirmation of correctness, or incorrectness. From the WebWork, to class, it was clear when a method was wasting time.
I liked how it was a small course and my professor could answer my questions easily.
If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:
I would present the material at a slower pace however I understand summer courses are at a faster pace
Not much.
I would have given more practice problems before the exams.
In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:
He has helped me actually understand calculus, which I was not able to do well before.
