Minimal complements of subsets of groups have been popular objects of study in recent times. The notion was introduced by Nathanson in 2011. The past few years have seen a flurry of activities focussing on the existence and nonexistence of minimal complements. In this talk, we shall speak about the direct and the inverse problems elated to minimal complements and discuss some of the recent results addressing some of these problems.
