Unfortunately, the textbook contains some errors.  Here are the 
corrections to the errors that have been found so far:<br>

Corrections to text:<br>
p. 133, Ex. 4.4: e<sup>x</sup> should be e<sup>-x</sup>.<br>
p. 359, line 7, after first minus sign: x<sub>2</sub> should have a bar over it.<br><br>

Corrections to questions:<br>
6.5, p. 207:  You are asked to find &alpha;<sub>3</sub> and 
&alpha;<sub>4</sub>.  What are &alpha;<sub>3</sub> and 
&alpha;<sub>4</sub>?  Presumably, they mean &mu;<sub>3</sub> and 
&mu;<sub>4</sub>.
