  Welcome to MAT 640:348 - Cryptography
 
This is an upper level MATH course. It is directed at students in mathematics, electrical engineering, or computer science who have strong interest in mathematics and want to learn about the exciting applications of algebra and number theory to cryptography and cryptanalysis.
 
There are weekly homework assignments, some quizzes, two midterms, and a final exam.

Class moved to 252 Beck Hall, Livingston Campus

Important dates:
February 24th: Midterm 1
April 7th: Midterm 2
May 13th: Final Exam
There will be no make-ups. Anyone absent from a quiz or exam will receive a zero score.
To consider an exceptional circumstance requires a letter from a Dean.
