This position paper, is inspired by two of my great heroes, Jon Borwein and Richard Guy, and is dedicated to them.
Most of it was initially part of
another paper, dedicated to Richard Guy,
but was removed by request of one of the co-authors. Since he has a point, one should not mix mathematics and
meta-mathematics, it is published separately here.
