Andrew Wiles, member of NAS, would seem to be a logical choice for editor or referee, but he may not be able to be objective. Another member, George Andrews, has an aversion to probabilistic proofs. Neither of them should be consulted. Yet another member, Endre Szemerédi, would have been an excellent choice, but since he never touched a computer in his life, he may not be qualified to evaluate (or appreciate) this heavily computational work.
