For members of SCC for Exam 2 Only

If you qualify for membership, then your course grade will be computed in two ways. The first way is the usual way, counting everything, the second way only counting exam 1, the quizes, and the Final divided by 400 and multiplied by 500. Whatever is higher, is your course grade, determined according to the scale:

460-500:A ;   430-459: B+ ;   400-429: B ;   370-399: C+ ;   325-369: C ;   280-324: D ;   0-279: F . No Curve!.

For members of SCC for Both Exam 1 and Exam 2

If you qualify for membership, then your course grade will be computed in two ways. The first way is the usual way, counting everything, the second way only counting the quizes, and the Final divided by 300 and multiplied by 500. Whatever is higher, is your course grade, determined according to the scale:

460-500:A ;   430-459: B+ ;   400-429: B ;   370-399: C+ ;   325-369: C ;   280-324: D ;   0-279: F . No Curve!.
