- Text: Elementary Linear Algebra (2nd edition) by
Spence, Insel and Friedberg
Grading Scheme:
- Homework 10% and Quizzes 10%
Homework will be due every week (generally on Mondays), and there will be
a 10-minute quiz at the end of the class period on Mondays. The quizzes will
be based on the homework problems from the previous two lectures.
- Midterm exams: 40% (20% each)
- Final exam: 40%
The final exam is on Tuesday, May 12 (12:00--3:00 pm)
All quizzes and exams are closed book, with no calculators allowed.
