What do you like best about this course?:

/

The way Pat taught the course. Also his teaching style is very suitable for student learning at a college level. Koodos!

Mr. Devlins passion about the topics.

The pace at which the material is taught

its a required class

If you were teaching this course, what would you do differently?:

/

More time

Nothing, the TA taught the material perfectly and should suffice for future students

no exam

In what ways, if any, has this course or the instructor encouraged your intellectual growth and progress?:

/

Hes a good teacher, although I personally struggle with the material.

The TA showed a lot of interest in the material, which transferred over to me as a student

Other comments or suggestions::

Pat is a great guy, he's not robotic like how some other TA's can be.

Best TA in my life.

Keep up the great work!!! Please keep him around

I felt overwhelmed due to the fact that I had to retake Calculus and I was afraid of failing it once again. But this TA was EXPONENTIALLY better than my past professor and TA combined. He helped me not only learn the material, but also retain it. So what I recommend for this course is to find more TA's like Patrick Devlin, people who are actually interested in seeing their students pass, instead of TA's (such as my first one) that only wanted to get through with the day.
