Each week there are two 30 min lectures. Communicating mathematics is incredibly difficult to do well, and takes lots of practice!

Each speaker will give two practice lectures to an assigned audience of two sets of students. One practice lecture will be either on Thurs or Fri preceding the Wed lecture, and the second practice lecture will be on Mon or Tues just before the Wed lecture.

The audience students will grade the practice lectures according to this rubric. Immediately after the lecture, the students will take a picture of their completed rubric and email it to the professor and CC the speaker.
